PRIVACY OF YOUR UPLOADED PHOTOS

Our Site allows you to upload photos, for example in order to create a photo map in our Map Maker.

Your uploaded photos are stored, and accessed, via semi-private system-generated URL.  This URL is not accessible to other users of the Site unless you have explicitly changed your sharing settings.  If you choose to adjust your sharing settings on our website to share your photos, or Map Maker files, with others, Thunder Bunny Labs does not warrant that you are protected from irresponsible or intentional actions of third parties.

We never share your photos with third parties without your explicit consent, or when necessary to fulfill an order you have consented to, using one of our third party integrations, Eg. "Print to Walgreens".

Thunder Bunny Labs may access your photos in order to troubleshoot technical issues, assess the operation, or performance, of our Site, or more generally to improve and optimize our Site.

REQUESTING REMOVAL OF YOUR PHOTOS AND DATA

You may request removal of your photos, and data, at any time from our web services by simply emailing us at contact@thunderbunnylabs.com using the email address of the account you wish to delete data for.  Upon receipt of the email, we will remove your photos and data within a reasonable amount of time (typically within 48 hours, or earlier, if requested, and if possible). Since our platform hosts many photos and from thousands of users, we may require additional information in order to locate your photos and honor your request. If more information is needed to locate your photos, or data, we may be unable to delete your photos, or data, without asking for and receiving additional information. Once your photos, and data, are permanently deleted, we will not be able to recover them from our platform, and any links that associate your photo with our platform will no longer work.
